Wir arbeiten an einem neuen Kapitel von No Stranger Place und suchen Leute, die daran teilnehmen möchten. Nimmst du Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine oder anderswo bei dir auf? Wir wollen von dir hören!

Wir wollen No Stranger Place so integrativ wie möglich zu gestalten, indem wir unterschiedliche Erfahrungen, Nationalitäten und Hintergründe widerspiegeln. Wir leben in Berlin, reisen aber durch ganz Deutschland und planen auch Polen und andere europäische Länder zu besuchen.

Wir planen neue Ausstellungen und werden die gesammelten Geschichten auf unserer Website und in den Medien veröffentlichen. Damit wollen wir eine größere Öffentlichkeit ermuntern, sich in die Erfahrungen der Menschen beider Seiten hineinzuversetzen. No Stranger Place zeigt was möglich wird, wenn Menschen sich einander öffnen.

Um teilzunehmen oder mehr zu erfahren, schick uns einfach eine kurze Nachricht oder rufe uns an. Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören!

Stories of refugees and locals living together

We are working on a new chapter of No Stranger Place and are looking for people to take part. Have you been affected by the war in Ukraine or been forced to flee your home for other reasons? Are you hosting refugees in your home? We want to hear from you!

We are based in Berlin and travelling throughout Germany, Poland and Moldova, working to make No Stranger Place as inclusive as possible by reflecting diverse experiences, nationalities and backgrounds.

We are planning new exhibitions and will publish the stories we gather on our website and in the media later this year, thereby giving our audience the opportunity to learn about the experiences of both the hosts and those forced to flee.

Історії спільного проживання біженців і місцевих жителів

«No Stranger Place» – це міжнародний фотопроект, присвячений біженцям та людям, які відкрили для них свої домівки. Мета проекту – розкрити нові стосунки у сім’ях, серед друзів та співмешканців через інтерв’ю та домашні портрети.

Обрі Вейд – британський документальний фотограф, який живе і працює у Берліні. Разом з командою проекту, він заснував «No Stranger Place» у 2015 році. З того часу ми, у співробітництві з УВКБ ООН, створили серію портретів людей, проживаючих разом у Європі.

З початком повномасштабного вторгнення російської федерації в Україні, ми шукаємо людей, які б погодилися взяти участь у проекті.

Ми знаходимося у Берліні і подорожуємо по Німеччині, Польщі і Молдові, намагаючись зробити проект як можна більше інклюзивним, відображаючи різний досвід, національності та історії.

«No Stranger Place» відображає нові відносини між людьми, що базуються на міжкультурній комунікації.

Цієї осені ми проводитимемо виставки і публікуватимемо зібрані нами історії на нашому сайті і в ЗМІ. Таким чином, ми дамо нашій аудиторії можливість дізнатися про досвід як тих, хто мав змогу прихистити, так і тих, хто був вимушений бігти.

We have met so many wonderful and inspiring people through this project, and discovered that we can all help refugees where we live. The Refugees Welcome initiative now has chapters working in 20 countries. Local voluntary and religious groups can also offer a way to be connected with refugees who could use your spare room.
